Powder coating

At our new location, we have found a reliable partner in dbo GmbH who can powder coat our aluminium grids by using modern methods. So we are able to offer all RAL colours on the one hand and on the other hand to fulfil small special colour requests quickly and cost-effectively. In addition, a certain corrosion resistance can also be achieved with the right powder.

Special sizes & circle cuts

Our mechanical engineering also allows us measurements of the aluminium light grids outside the usual cassette dimensions. Special solutions are often sought for areas of application outside the room ceiling. We will be pleased to advise you on the dimensions that are feasible. We are also able to offer almost all our aluminium grids as circle cuts. We cut the grids circularly within narrow tolerances. You can even decide whether you want a web or a comb in the centre of the cut.

Notches

The notches on the ceiling give the grids an even more plastic appearance. In T-rail cassettes, parts of individual T-rails are thus concealed. Shadow joints can also be created at the edge angle. We manufacture notches in any panel size on request. We are variable in the height of the notch, we offer the notching depth in 5.0 mm, 7.5 mm and 10 mm.
